Custom Sculptures Info

Commissions status: OPEN for 2026I am forming a queue for 2026; the next available slot is March 2026.
No orders in 2025, sorry.

I am SilentKimiya, an artist who creates handmade sculptures of different levels of complexity to order. If you are interested in my finished projects, that are available for purchase, you can visit this page.

Type #1: ferals

Basically, this type includes custom four-legged characters (felines, canines, fantasy), cat druids and bear druids from World of Warcraft; but if your feral character does not fall under this definition, it does not mean that I cannot make it ;)

Type #2: dragons

Dragons, water lizards, wyverns, furies, butterfly dragons... Creatures from films and cartoons, games and books - we can bring them all to life together!

Type #3: anthros

Humans, furries, elves, orcs, anthro characters from games, characters from the Hazbin and Heluva world... perhaps everyone who has a body structure similar to a human fits into this category.

Type #4: warcraft kitties

Honestly, these kitties belong to the type #1... But I couldn't resist putting them in a separate category! I love working on World of Warcraft cat druids, mounts and pets. They are beautiful. <3

Type #5: others

Those who are difficult to classify into the previous categories:
birds, bears, pokemon or digimon-like creatures and others.

Type #6: specials

Sculptures that fall into the previous categories... but with something special. Perhaps you want a very large sculpture? Or is it a paired sculpture? Maybe it's something with an adult theme? ;)

Ferals: Custom Four-Legged Characters

This category includes custom sculptures of four-legged characters like felines, canines and fantasy creatures. But don’t worry — if your feral character doesn’t fit neatly into those examples, that’s totally fine. I’m always open to unique designs, and I’ll be happy to bring your idea to life. Each sculpture is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, no matter how wild or unusual the concept may be.

The price for a standard-sized sculpture [13–16 cm / 5.1–6.3 inches in length in T-pose] is $275 - although the size can be larger upon your request.Features like wings, armor, scales, clothing or complex horns may affect the final cost. Simpler versions of these elements (as shown below) are included in the standard rate.

Below are examples of the same elements in more complex forms. In such cases, an additional fee will apply — typically ranging from $50 to $200, depending on the number and complexity of these features.

Before I start, we’ll discuss the pose, size, and every detail to make sure your sculpture perfectly reflects your wishes. Please, don’t forget that I have my own art-style. Sculptures are made of durable polymer clay or lightweight velvet clay, painted with acrylic colors and covered with protective matte lacquer. They all are 100% handmade, so each sculpture is one of a kind.

For some elements and colors glow in the dark option is possible. It doesn’t increase the price.

The sculpture will be of high quality, with excellent detailing and will be well packaged for shipping. I’ll keep you updated throughout the creation process, with room for suggestions or adjustments along the way.

Dragons

This category includes custom sculptures of dragons - and dragon-like creatures: wyverns, furies, butterfly dragons, water lizards, drakes, Eastern dragons... Creatures from films and cartoons, games and books - we can bring them all to life together!

Dragons can have very different builds, so there is no specific fixed value for the standard size of the sculpture for this category. Usually it is 15-25 cm / 5.9-9.8 inches in length in T-pose - although the size can be larger upon your request. My largest dragon has a wingspan of 55 cm / 21.7 inches!Prices for dragons start at $500 (except for the furies - see information about them below). Some elements - stand, armor, detailed scales, clothing or extra limbs - may affect the final cost.

I really enjoy working on Furies - Night Furies, Light Furies, custom Furies. Their aerodynamic shapes and smooth - yet dangerous! - dynamics are mesmerizing.Such sculptures start at $400.

Anthros: Custom Two-Legged Characters

This category includes custom sculptures of bipedal (two-legged) characters: humans, furries, elves, orcs, anthro characters from games, characters from the Hazbin and Heluva world... perhaps everyone who has a body structure similar to a human fits into this category.

The standard size of sculptures in this category is 13–16 cm / 5.1–6.3 inches in height in T-pose. Of course, the sculpture can be made larger at your request. The cost depends on the details: the species of the character, clothing, armor, weapons, additional items, decoration of the stand, etc.For example, such sculptures start at $375.

Sculptures with more detailed clothing - or additional design elements - start at $500.

Thanks to their carefully crafted armor, game characters are usually the most detailed. I work most often with World of Warcraft characters; but I have also worked on commissions inspired by League of Legends, Dota 2 and Guild Wars 2. Basically, any character can be brought to life - the main thing is to provide me with a reference.Such sculptures start at $650.

I would also like to pay special attention to the sculptures inspired by Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. Due to the style of drawing of the series, the standard size of such sculptures usually starts from 17-20 cm / 6.7-7.9 inches in height in T-poseSuch sculptures start at $550.

Before I start, we’ll discuss the pose, size, and every detail to make sure your sculpture perfectly reflects your wishes. Please, don’t forget that I have my own art-style. World of Warcraft Kitties

This category includes World of Warcraft cats: druid cat forms, pets, mounts. Honestly, these kitties belong to the type #1... But I couldn't resist putting them in a separate category. I love working on these creatures.

The standard size of sculptures in this category is 13–16 cm / 5.1–6.3 inches in length in T-pose. Of course, the sculpture can be made larger at your request.A sculpture of the druid cat form (Night Elf, Troll, Dreamsaber) or Loque'Nahak — costs $275. Most pets also fall into this category.

The sculpture of Loque’Nahak can be created in two styles:
- in-game style (cream fur, big chest, three fingers on each paw)
- my style (white fur, four fingers on each paw)
Styles can be combined (for example cream fur and four fingers on each paw) or customized (for example add custom leopard spots).
All blue elements - eyes, fangs, teeth, spots, tongue - will have glow in the dark effect.

A sculpture of the druid cat form (Tauren, Worgen, Highmountain Tauren, Kul Tiran) or the artifact cat form (Fangs of Ashamane, Nature's Fury, Primal Stalker, Incarnation of Nightmare, Ghost of the Pridemother) or Fire Cat (Fandral's Cat) form or Cheetah travel form costs $375.

Sculptures of the cat mounts start at $400. The final cost depends on the details.

Any cat can be customized according to your request. Customization can be absolutely different. It can be something large-scale: for example, the white and blue Primal Stalker was made in white and red/burgundy colors at the customer's request. Purple Night Elves were made according to the old model instead of the current one (they do not have tattoos on their faces and do not have accessories, and they also have three fingers on each paw instead of four).

Customization can also be quite subtle. For example, this Loque'Nahak has one of the spots on the left shoulder turned into the Horde symbol. Xu-Fu, the blue tiger cub, received a small medallion. And Fangs of Ashamane, the gray lion, got bronze-brown armor instead of silver, as well as an extra braid in the mane.

Before I start, we’ll discuss the pose, size, and every detail to make sure your sculpture perfectly reflects your wishes. Please, don’t forget that I have my own art-style. Others

It's quite difficult to make categories for all the types of creatures I've sculpted, so for those who didn't fit into the previous categories, there's "others". There will be no information about standard sizes and prices here, this page is just to show you that I can work on different projects.

No matter how big or small the project is, attention will be paid to every detail.

Specials

Sculptures that fall into the previous categories... but with something special.(Please note that this page contains images with adult themes. They are censored but not intended for viewing in public or around children.)

Perhaps you want a very large sculpture?

Or is it a paired sculpture?
It is possible to make the sculptures “conditionally paired”. That is, if they are placed side by side, they will look like a single piece, but at the same time they will be self-sufficient as separate sculptures.

Maybe it's something with an adult theme?
(Be careful - NSFW! Pictures below are censored but not intended for viewing in public or around children.)

Reviews

Reviews are very important part of my work.As a professional, I need to be sure that the work was done well and that it meets customer's expectations - or exceeds them. Reviews also help new-come customers to choose if they want to work with me or not.And for sure reviews mean a lot to me personally.I remember every sculpture that I've created, and I put my soul into every creature that I bring to life. Knowing that the sculpture arrived to its new home and that its owner loved it makes me super happy every time.

Terms of Service

Before You Order

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before we begin working together.

What I Do and What I Don’t Do

On the main page of this website, you can see the types of commissions I usually create. The most common characters I bring to life are ferals (four-legged), anthros (two-legged) and dragons. However, I enjoy trying new things. If your character doesn’t fall into one of these categories, you are still welcome to ask me about it.

What I will not create:1. Characters in forms that promote negativity: hatred toward a group of people or their beliefs, violence, or discrimination.
I may work with the theme of death, but only if it is shown in the context of sadness or rebirth. This is a delicate matter and is discussed individually.
2. Sculptures depicting adult/sexual themes must follow these rules:
- The character must be your own, or you must have permission from the creator.
- The character must be 18+ years old.
- The character must look 18+ (for example, Zoe from League of Legends is technically hundreds or thousands of years old but looks like a child — I will not create such characters).
- No forceful or violent behavior should be depicted.
3. Characters with a large number of mechanical elements. I have worked on such projects before, and I realized this is not something I enjoy doing.4. Please, don’t ask me to sculpt copies of my previous works. Each sculpture is one of a kind. You are welcome to tell me that you like the style, colors, pose, or certain elements of an existing sculpture — but do not expect an identical copy. Sculptures may be similar, but they will never be the same.I reserve the right to update this list at any time.

Process

The sculpture will be of high quality, with excellent detailing, and carefully packaged for shipping. I will send you regular updates during the creation process so you can suggest adjustments if needed. Please make sure to specify all important details before I begin working on your sculpture, as some corrections are too destructive to be made later. When I send you an update, I don’t require an immediate response. However, if I don’t hear back from you within 10 days, I will continue working on the project without your approval. If you need more time to prepare detailed feedback, a short message such as “I have corrections but will send them later” is enough to let me know to wait.If you are going on vacation or a business trip and won’t be able to reply for a while, please let me know in advance.Communication can be done via email or Instagram. I can also use FurAffinity, DeviantArt or Tumblr, but I don’t check those daily, so responses may be delayed. If I don’t receive any messages from you for two months, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and dispose of the sculpture at my discretion. No refunds will be issued.I do work with deadlines, but only if they are reasonable. For example, if you want a sculpture ready by Christmas, you should contact me in spring or early summer at the latest. Some sculptures take about a month, most take a couple of months, and larger projects may take over half a year. I usually work on multiple projects at once, so the timeline also depends on my workload, the speed of your responses and life circumstances. If I experience any delays, I will always inform you. I try to avoid delays, but life happens, and sometimes things are out of my control. Please note that I cannot influence shipping times. International shipping usually takes 3–5 weeks, but I have experienced both faster and slower deliveries.

Shipping

I ship worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus. Shipping is handled through the national postal service, and all packages are trackable. On request, I can also ship via DHL.The sculpture will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the final payment. If the final payment was made before the sculpture was finished, the shipping will take place within 3–5 business days after we both confirm that everything is ready.I take great care in packaging sculptures securely. If a sculpture has fragile parts, I will warn you in advance and provide instructions for careful unpacking.
Packages are shipped with declared value, so in case of shipping damage:
- First, contact me — I will provide you with repair instructions.
- Second, contact the postal operator for compensation.
You may also send the sculpture back to me for repair if the damage is serious (please ensure it is packaged just as securely, so it does not arrive in pieces).
The exact shipping cost can be calculated once the sculpture is painted. Before that, I can only give you an approximate estimate. As a general reference:
- Europe: $20+
- USA: $25+
- Australia: $35+
Shipping for dragons and larger sculptures will be slightly more expensive due to their size.
For some sculptures, a wooden box is recommended for extra protection. The wooden box costs an additional $20–50.Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.

Payment

Payment is required before I begin working on your sculpture. On request, the payment can be divided into two parts:
- 50% before I start working,
- 50% after the sculpture is finished.
I am open to alternative payment plans with more than two installments, and with the first payment being less than 50% (but not less than 30%).I kindly ask you to make the first payment no later than one week before I start working. If you are not ready to make the first payment but want to reserve a slot, I require a deposit of 10% of the sculpture’s price. For sculptures costing more than $500, you may instead pay a flat $50 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. The first payment is non-refundable once I start working on your sculpture (before that, it can be refunded, but the deposit will be deducted). The final payment is also non-refundable.
Each sculpture is created individually, reflecting your preferences and requests. If you suddenly change your mind, it does not undo the time and effort already invested. Please respect our work and time.
I accept payments through:
- PayPal (direct transfer),
- Payoneer invoices (please add +4% to the sculpture price),
- Etsy (please add +16% to the sculpture price).
Clients from Ukraine may also pay via bank transfer.

Other Terms

I am not responsible for any damage the sculpture may receive after it arrives to you. I will provide you with care instructions, and if you follow them, the sculpture should live a long and happy life.If something happens to the sculpture, I will provide you with repair instructions. If the damage is repairable but you cannot or do not want to fix it yourself, you may send the sculpture back to me for restoration. In that case, you must package it securely and cover the shipping costs both ways. The restoration service itself is free.
If the sculpture cannot be repaired, unfortunately I will not be able to help — except by creating a new one.
I reserve the right to reuse materials created during the making of your sculpture (unless they are highly specific or custom). For example, if your project involved a transparent crystal mold, I may reuse that mold for another project. Or, if I created horns for your sculpture that you didn’t like and asked me to replace, I may use the original horns for another work.I actively maintain social media and post work-in-progress and final photos of my sculptures. If you would like me to tag you whenever I share your sculpture, please let me know.
If the sculpture is a gift and you don’t want the recipient to see it online before receiving it, please notify me in advance.
Please note: I live with two cats who have access to my workspace. Sculptures are processed during creation, so no cat hair remains on them. However, if our project involves artificial fur and you have an allergy to cats, please let me know in advance.
